‘You are just ageless’: Molly Ringwald wows fans in body-hugging red dress at 2023 CFDA Awards
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Molly Ringwald’s fans think she is aging in reverse and were left awestruck after seeing her at the 2023 CFDA Awards.
The ‘Sixteen Candles’ star shared photos from the event on her Instagram that showed her looking like a sexy diva in a body-hugging red dress.
Ringwald kept her matching red hair in a mullet and completed her look by wearing a red lipstick.
She captioned the pictures, “What a beautiful evening! Congratulations to all of the designers whose work inspires me. And thank you to Zac Posen who always makes me feel so glamorous. #cfda #fashion,” and which got more than 14k likes.

‘You haven’t aged at all’
The 55-year-old also received a lot of compliments as a fan said, “ Lady! You are more beautiful than EVER.”
Another one shared, “You are stunning. I just watched Sixteen Candles for the millionth time. You are just ageless.”

‘You feel more confident’
This comes as Ringwald shared a few years ago that she’s not afraid of getting old.
In 2018, she turned 50 and told Closer Weekly, “I feel like I just know a lot more. You feel more confident that you have a little bit of life experience to back up what you say.”
“I’m really happy with where I am at in my life,” the ‘Pretty in Pink’ star added at the time.
‘I used to have a lot of stuff’
Recently, Ringwald spoke about her iconic looks from her movies over the years.
She told PEOPLE in October, “I mean, I really wish that I had my costume from The Breakfast Club, but I had to wear it every day for like three months so I never wanted to see it again.”

She went on to say, “That and I wish that I had my prom dress from Pretty in Pink,” before adding, “I used to have a lot of stuff but I’ve moved around so much during the years that, you know, who knows. I’m sure it’ll show up on Etsy somewhere, or First Dibs.”
